I just called them to booka flight, and 1st of all, couldnt even speak to a person in the USA; I reached the Phillipines. After some language barrier difficulties, I talked to Liah whom informed me if I found the same flight cheaper elsewhere, I would be discounted $50.00. I proved to her that I in fact found it cheaper, thne she started giving disclaimers such as "it has to be at least $5.00 cheaper." The call went downhill rapidly from here to include a very non-productive talk w/manager Cher. Both refused to provide me the $50 discount, claiming I could only receive it as a "voucher to be used for other travel, car rental, or hotel." Both argued over and over w/me and Liah tried to "high pressure sales" me inot the high price ticket. Eventually the call ended. I called Expedia back, as I found the same flight on Priceline for $5.80 cheaper. I talked to Liz whom then gave me the excuse that I could not have the $50 discount, because"the price was already listed"for the ticket. WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS!!?
