Elal please take better care of clients complains!

Whenever I travel to Israel I try to take Elal tickets as I believe it's part of my "duty" as a Jew to stand behind the Israeli national airline.


So you'll understand my disappointment when Elal does not treat clients properly. Last time I flew with them my luggage (that was brand new +/- 150€!) came back with 2 holes in it.


I filled a claim about that by the local Belgian claim authorities in charge of these kind of problems. As soon as I mentioned Elal they said that their was very little chance I would get anything back. Still I insisted on filing a claim and asked for the Elal representative phone number, in order to follow this case.


Of course I called the representative who started to ask various documents, saying that I had to send them a complete file (tickets, pictures, invoice,...). Something quit strange knowing that the claims office at Brussels Airport should be there to do all the paperwork; and that no other Airline company is so reluctant and so demanding in order to sort out a "classic" problem.


Till today, 3 month later, I did not get any reaction of Elal ... unfortunately I have to admit the claim office was right. With Elal no chance of getting anything!
