Category: Airlines
Who : Southwest Airlines
What : Seating Arrangements, Check In Process, Frequant Flyer Club
I cannot stand having to find a seat and everyone looking at you as you choose which person you are going to sit by. Much better on other airlines where you have an assigned seat. I try not to fly Southwest, only when I really don't have much other choices. They do everything for a profit, nothing for passengers comfort, and when asked they always say that their customers prefer it. For instance, they claim that most of their customers love to stress out over where they will have to sit on the plane and if their kids will be able to sit anywhere near them. They also claimed that most of their customers wanted to change their frequent flier program where you cannot book any available flight any longer, it is all seat controlled like most other airlines, with only a few seats available (if any for popular flight/times). They state most wanted to be able to book black out dates, which is disgusting they think their customers are that ignorant, holiday black out dates are already taken or not offered anyway, so you can't book them anyway. I also don't like the whining voices and obnoxious jokes they tell so loud on the speaker it almost busts your ear drums, but that's just me, some may find that amusing.
