Jetblue's poor treatment of customers

JetBlue is a horrible company because it does not care about us. Weather delays happen, but Jetblue's customer service during/after the weather delays are the worst of all airlines. They reutter the words "weather" as a magical excuse for no responsibility. For 6 hours on Aug 17, they constantly changed their stories on my flight status, rather than provide honest answers (as we learned later the plane was never on its way). Moreover, canceling a flight (at 3am no less) puts ethical responsibilities on Jetblue that Jetblue does not possess!
