After a huge accident on the main route to Glasgow airport, I missed checkin time by 3 minutes. The plane was not due to leave for another 40 minutes. Zoom would not let me on the plane nor would they transfer me to the next available flight which is what all the other airlines in the airport were doing as this was a major accident. I was stranded in a foreign airport with a 5 year old child. A woman left alone. The Zoom rep was next to useless. She had no phone number to call to see what to do in such a situation. I had to book another flight with Thomas Cook airline Canadian Affair (who were outstanding in customer serivce) which cost me another $800 After trying to get some sort of compensation for Zooms lack of empathy on the behalf of their rep at Glasgow Airport I have come up blank. DO NOT FLY ZOOM.........
