אי קבלת פיצוי על טעות בכרטיסי טיסה שנעשו בדלפק אל-על בנתב"ג ועקב כך פיספוס בטיסה של אותו השבוע ועיכוב של 3 ימים בחזרה לארץ, כאשר היינו צריכים להגיע להכנות לקראת ארוע משפחתי.
אל-על דחו אותנו בנימוס רב והוסיפו בציניות שישמחו לשרת אותנו בעתיד......
