Liverpool-Ciampino and return. When I booked these flights I wanted to pay by Debit Card. Ryanair's system would not let me? I had to use my Credit Card which is 60% dearer. This is the 2nd time I have flown with Ryanair and this Credit Card con has happened both times. I purchased 3 checked in Baggage items, one for me, one for my wife and an extra Bag, for all three Bags I paid a cost of £40, expecting to be able to have up to 15kgs in each bag. (Ryanair's Terms & Conditions for checked Baggage is slightly ambiguous to a non legal customer). No problem flying out from Liverpool (Ryanair Staff). On the return journey at Ciampino Airport we were stopped by non Ryanair staff and had to pay an excess Baggage charge of 96 euros. Our three Bags weighted 14.8/14.8/12kgs respectively. Ciampino Staff seemed to take a delight in our predicament. We had purchased Priority Boarding tickets. Again not a problem at Liverpool Airport as we were given Priority Boarding. At Ciampimo it was a complete farce. Customers are bussed out to the aircraft so by the time we had boarded there must have been approx 40 other customers without Priority Boarding tickets who were already on the plane. This is not Priority Boarding.
